When I am not teaching in Canada, I am gallivanting a new world. Red Pepper Hummus was first inspired while playing the gypsy fiddle off the coast of Croatia on the island of Brac with an Italian/African Drum band. With the limitations of only a computer recording program, this piece is simply layered with raw fiddle, finger chucking and, of course a bowl of homemade Red Pepper Hummus...
